Club Dues

Membership Dues and Fees. Funds will not be regularly collected on a per drawing basis. All contributions towards lottery ticket purchases will be done through the use of recurring membership dues.  One membership level exists in the 4million.net lottery club. Membership is available for $15/month, payable quarterly for $45. All membership fees will be pre-paid.

Payment of Dues. Paypal will be used to administer all membership dues, with no exceptions. Each member must agree to sign up for recurring billing of membership dues.
