Membership.  This is a private lottery club.  Membership will only be available through invitation.  Membership of the lottery club will be limited to 14 members.  14 shares exist in the 4million.net lottery club.  Each member is allocated one full share (1/14) of the Club dues and Club winnings.

Payouts.
*All winnings, with two exceptions, will be retained and re-invested back into the Club's Fund for future lottery ticket purchases.  These retained winnings will increase the balance of the BIG Jackpot Reserve Fund.  Gambling winnings will only be paid out to members of the club under the following two circumstances:
  1) The Club wins a multi-state lottery jackpot.
         In the event of winning the multi-state lottery jackpot, the prize will be divided 
         among the members in proportion to their allocation of shares.
  2) The Club wins a 2nd prize in a multi-state lottery.
         Allocation of this prize will be done in the same way as circumstance 1 above.

Membership Committment.
*Any member who is invited to and joins the Club should be willing to commit to membership in the club for a minimum of 3 years.  After 3 years, anybody who no longer wants to participate can opt out of the club.  At this time, each member can vote whether to replace this member, or to eliminate this membership position, thereby reducing the number of total members.  In either circumstance, the monthly contributions or commitment level of each remaining member will remain the same.

Rules of LOTTO CLUB. 
1st Rule:  You do not talk about LOTTO CLUB.
2ndRule:  You DO NOT talk about LOTTO CLUB.
3rd  Rule:  If someone says "stop" or goes broke, taps out.. the club continues on
4th  Rule:  Only 14 members to LOTTO CLUB.
5th  Rule:  Up to 2 lotteries at a time
6th  Rule:  No cash or checks.
7th  Rule:  Lottery tickets will be purchased until the Jackpot is won.
8th  Rule:  If this is your first visit to LOTTO CLUB, you HAVE to be initiated first.

Additional Rules.
*There is to be absolutely no side pots between or among club members with other club members.  Side pots can exist between club members and non-club members.

Ticket Purchases and Validation.
Lottery Tickets will be purchased at least 2 days in advance of the actual drawing.  Tickets will be posted to the website at least 1 day in advance of the actual drawing.

Tickets will be purchased first from the lucky number pool, and next using Quick Picks.  Up to 10 numbers will be on each ticket.

Ad-Hoc Single Lottery Payments.
In the event that no winning ticket is sold in a multi-state lottery that exceeds an estimated $400 million jackpot, each club member will be billed $6 to be used towards lottery ticket purchases for the next $400+ million drawing.  This process will be in effect for each subsequent drawing, until a winning ticket is sold, and the jackpot resets.
