Why the name 4million.net?  4million.net is short for One-time $4 million net wire transfer per member.  This means that we will only invest in multi-state lottery drawings, primarily Powerball and MegaMillions, which give each premium member, when hitting the jackpot, the greatest opportunity of receiving at least $4 million, after choosing the cash option and withholding taxes (federal, state, and local).  In order to increase our chances of reaching our goal of a $4 million net wire transfer per individual we will execute the following strategy.

Strategy.  We will not purchase lottery tickets each and every drawing.  Rather, we will only invest in multi-state lotteries when the Jackpot is estimated at or above $140 million (approximately $10 million per member).  The strategy is to purchase fewer tickets for the mid-sized jackpots and more tickets for the bigger jackpots.
If we hit the jackpot, no guarantee can be made as to the $4million net amount, as other pools or individual could also be holding winning tickets.  This is simply the strategy to increase the likelihood of making this happen. This strategy will allow the pool to regularly purchase tickets, while reserving some funds in order to preserve the opportunity to allocate the greatest funds to the biggest jackpots.
